Issue: When attempting to click the Units icon in the top, right corner, there are no options to purchase any packages and you receive the following message:
Likely Cause: This transaction was flagged as potentially fraudulent.
Troubleshooting:
- Try to purchase the Units or package again using a device you have recently had success with making purchases in The Contest
- You need to be logged into your account on a previously used device to make these purchases
- You need to be logged in to your Google Play or Apple ID account to make purchases on a previously used device
- Check your payment methods on Google Play or Apple iTunes stores to ensure that none have expired
