Still no luck?! Email State at [email protected] or tap on "Submit Request" and include following:
- Visit the "Missing Gold?" option at bottom of page to see status offers and take screenshot
- Your Account ID (go to Rank screen>Cog icon>bottom of screen)
- Your completed objectives in the offered app (for example: screenshot showing you have reached lvl 10 in Final Fantasy Citadel)
- Screenshot of your current Gold total
