There are different reasons an offer may not be considered "Completed" by the third-party provider. Here are a few common tips to ensure your Gold is delivered successfully:
- Make sure you download app through the offerwall; leaving AdComm and going to app store won't count
- Make sure you have not installed or completed an offer for the same app in the past.
- Make sure you level up correct structure when relevant (usually something like your HQ or Stronghold - not your character level)
- Make sure you have a strong internet connection prior to completing an offer
- Avoid using a VPN while completing an offer
